This is a short list of a few of my favorite everyday products I use for my horse Bean and myself. I am happy to talk with anyone if you have questions about these or other products.

Buckeye Nutrition- I chose Buckeye feed because it offers top nutrition in a top quality feed which is made in a medicine free facility. When I switched to Buckeye feeds I saw a huge difference in my horses. Buckeye Safe ‘N Easy Senior kept my horse Remmie looking good until he crossed the rainbow bridge right before his 30th birthday. My horse Bean does better on a lower feed rate due to a sensitive digestive system so he does best on Gro ‘N Win and Ultimate Finish SRB (Stabilized Rice Bran).

Equine Elixirs- I like Equine Elixirs because their products are all natural and made in Wellington, FL. Ulceracer made a night and day difference in my horse Bean when I started him on this supplement right after our move from Virginia to Minnesota. I wanted him to have continued support after his ulcer meds were finished. My only regret is not trying this supplement sooner.  I was so impressed I started Bean on Equine Elixirs Arthroscope joint supplement.

ProChaps- I love ProChaps half chaps because they look professional, they are very comfortable and easy to clean. The chaps come in many different size combinations for the perfect fit.

Charles Owen- I personally choose Charles Owen helmets because this brand  fits my oval head the best.  The most important thing to remember is the safest helmet is the one that fits you the best. You may love the look of a certain brand but that brand may not fit your head properly.

Hit-Air Vest- I wear a Hit-Air vest because we all know that falls inevitably happen and I want to make sure I keep my body as safe as possible in the event of an unscheduled dismount. I’m very happy the H/J world has accepted body protectors and air vests. All riders should have the choice if they want to wear and compete in a vest. There are many vests out there so if you’re interested in making the investment go to a tack shop that has knowledgeable staff and different options to try on.
